The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme is run by the Food Standards Agency in partnership with local authorities. The scheme rates food businesses on their hygiene standards, based on inspections carried out by local authorities. The ratings range from 0 (urgent improvement required) to 5 (very good) 2. A 5-star rating means that our business has achieved the highest possible standards of food hygiene and safety.
