1. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Parents/guardians must inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
While every effort is made to accommodate needs, the environment may contain common allergens (e.g., dairy, eggs, gluten).
Sensational Cakes & Desserts cannot be held responsible for reactions if dietary information is not provided in advance.
2. Supervision & Parental Attendance
Parents or guardians are welcome to stay for the duration of the event.
Parents who stay will the responsibility of their children at all times, especially in the soft play area.
3. Age Guidance
The baking activity is suitable for children aged 4+ only.
Younger children may use the soft play area under parental supervision during the event.
4. Safety & Conduct
All baking tools and equipment provided are child‑friendly, but children must follow instructions from the trainer at all times.
Sensational Cakes & Desserts reserves the right to remove any child from an activity if their behaviour poses a safety risk.
5. DBS‑Checked Trainer
All baking activities are led by a trained professional who is fully DBS checked for your peace of mind.
6. Photography & Media
Photos may be taken during the event for promotional use. If you do not wish your child to appear in any photos, please inform us at check‑in.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non‑refundable but may be transferred to another child with prior notice.
If the event must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be issued.
8. Health & Hygiene
Aprons and tools will be provided and sanitised before use.
Children must wash their hands before participating in baking activities.
9. Personal Belongings
Sensational Cakes & Desserts is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to the event.
10. Limited Spaces
Spaces are limited to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Bookings are confirmed on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
